as of late...

Its been awhile since I've gotten on here and posted... and honestly I have no excuse, its not really a lack of time, more a lack of substance. To be completely honest nothing really exciting has been happening in our lives these past couple of weeks.  Chris has been busy with work, basketball, and video games. (aka the usual.) As for me, I've been up to this andi that, mostly work and crafting.
After 7 months of living in our apartment, I've finally gotten around to making a few decorations to make our house more like our home.  Here are my creations as of late...

I have cube shelves in my kitchen and they havent had anything on them for the last 7 months...
now this mini burlap wreath and heart grace its presence.
This did not turn out like I wanted at all... I tried to use crackle paint, I dont think I did it right.
I may try again.
I cant decide whether or not I should leave this the way it is... or add some cuteness to it.
So I didnt make this, but my sister in law did... shes awesome!
I LOVE this!!!
Im thinking this might be a little tacky... still deciding what if i should keep it there
Who doesnt want bath blocks in their bathroom??..

Overall Im pretty pleased with my creations... its been a nice way to keep me busy and give me something to do while chris plays his video games. haha I sure do love him.

My sister and hubby possibly may be coming up tonight, which means hopefully more creations to come.
Let's keep our fingers crossed :)

  1. OK Listen, those bathroom crafts are NOT tacky! They are darling. Keep them!!!! Also I'm totally jealous of your crafts and we need to have another craft Saturday where I can finish my Christmas blocks and I can copy all your cute things, aka I want to make one of those burlap wreaths. (Also this is not Jeremy, it is Christina I'm just too lazy to log out of his account ;o))

And I agree 100% with Tina... we NEED another craft day. Seriously.
